The video must begin with the unopened shipping package showing the shipping label clearly.Continuous Recording: The video must be one single, continuous, and unedited recording that clearly shows the entire process of opening the package.
Proof of Damage: The video must clearly show the moment the damaged item is revealed and the extent of the damage while still within the package or immediately upon removal.Claims submitted without this qualifying unboxing video proof will be immediately rejected.
